Privacy: your notes stay on your device

No promises: these are practices to try, not a way to make any result certain. This isn't medical, financial or mental-health advice.

What the tools store, and where

Our free tools save what you type in your own browser, using a feature called local storage. It stays on the device and browser you use.

  • 369 tracker: your line, cycle length, start date, ticks or typed lines, weekly reviews and settings.
  • Journal prompt generator: your theme and time choices, which prompts you have already seen, your saved prompts and anything you type in "Write here".

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. The tools make no network requests with your data. If you use the calendar reminder button, the .ics file is made inside your browser and saved to your device.

What we never collect

  • No accounts, names, email addresses or passwords.
  • No copies of your 369 lines, journal writing or prompts.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies.

Site analytics

This site uses no analytics and sets no cookies at the moment. If we add visitor statistics later, we will use a cookieless service that counts page views without identifying you, and we will update this page first. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security.

Export, import and delete everything

  • Export saves a backup file (JSON) of your tracker data to your device.
  • Import loads that file, for example on a new phone.
  • Delete everything removes all data for that tool from this browser. It asks you to confirm first.
  • Clearing your browser's site data also deletes everything. We can't recover it, because we never had it.

Email list

We don't have one yet. If we start one, it will be strictly opt-in, and this page will explain how it works before it opens.
